Our Commitments to You
Professional Workmanship – All services are performed by trained technicians using industry best practices. If an issue arises due to our workmanship, we will correct it promptly at no additional cost.
Clear Communication – We provide honest, upfront information regarding pricing, scheduling, and service expectations so there are no hidden surprises.
Pricing – We provide transparent pricing on our website and offer itemized upfront quotes so customers know exactly what they’re paying for. We only schedule services after an estimate has been approved—either signed or verbally agreed to by the customer.
Scheduling – Our online self-scheduling system allows customers to select available time slots in real time and receive instant confirmation. This eliminates back-and-forth phone calls and reduces scheduling errors.
Service Expectations – We clearly outline what each service includes, how long it will take, and any follow-up steps customers should expect. Service details are also published on our website. This ensures there are no surprises and keeps every job on track.
Convenient Online Scheduling – Customers can book services online through our self-scheduling system, making it easy to select available time slots that best fit their needs. Confirmation emails guaranties your scheduled appointment.
Manufacturer Defects
Reliable Irrigation System Inc. is not responsible for replacing parts that fail due to manufacturer defects or after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. Reliable Irrigation System Inc. purchases irrigation parts and equipment from third-party vendors and passes along the full coverage of the manufacturer’s warranties to our customers. Manufacturer defects are covered for parts and equipment only; labor to reinstall or repair any parts or equipment will be charged at the standard rate of $100.00 per hour.
Service Call Fees
Reliable Irrigation System Inc. charges a service call fee each time a technician is dispatched to a job site.There is no charge for issues directly related to labor or workmanship from a previous visit. For all other unrelated or new issues, a service call fee will be charged accordingly.
Payment Terms & Late Fees
Payment is due at the time of service. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee (18% annually). Accounts must remain current in order for Reliable Irrigation System Inc. to continue providing services. Customers with a consistent pattern of late or missed payments may be moved to a prepay account status. Travel fees apply for cities outside our published coverage area.
